I was wondering how many people in my field (graphic design/ web) migrated to the skin canvas like I did? Website URL? Cravink.
Check out David Allen. I loved his work in HM Magazine.. I think he was responsible for the revamped layout a few years back... and he definitely did some of their (now-discontinued) t-shirts... and now he's apprenticing. http://www.allentattoo.com/
i did. dalek styled rabbit retarded bathroom thingy i cant explain %99.82 of what i do this is a still image of my animated webpage i did for my solo music project "milkandhoney" i have the flash file on my comp its pretty fuckin cool, my friend did all the animations, i just did the design and explain what i wanted to do and how. this was a design for a indoor skatepark called, RAMPFACTORY this was a t shirt design id still like to do somehow. i reuse alot of my characters obviously i dont do it as much anymore. my friend nikibi has massive talent in this art form. im gettin his ALBERTFISH portrait he did on my ribs i think. i would like to convert my technical shit liek this into skin... if anyone is interested *wink wink*
fucking wicked stuff, all my work can be found at http:www.eyewake.com
what is it that you did yourself? its a design company obviously so do you team up and work together, anything you did solo? let me see some personal shit too if you got it
All the design and flash animation, my programmer does the backend (asp/php/ajax/). we are a company of two. that's it.
then you are the shit, the design is super smooth, you are more on the technical crowd pleasing aspect of graphic design. i never went to school for it. but it was what i was going to do if i had finished highschool. my friend works for ring of fire design and he does some cool shit, check out my friend NIKIBI: http://nikibi.free.fr/ hes awesome and a great musician. check out www.deework.com and www.bedroomresearch.com deework is a good friend and one of my most favorite musicians. both of them are french
Loved the URLs. So basically, during the day I hit the pixels and at night the needle. I am not tattooing for money anymore (at least these days, design biz is doing pretty solid. Just tattooing for the sake of the art under optimum conditions.
