H2Ocean Kit vs. Dial & A&D

Is it worth it to buy the H2Ocean kit for $30... or is good old fashion Dial and A&D just as effective so long as you stay on top of it?

I use Aquaphor and Dial foaming soap. The Aquaphor needs to be removed after 15 minutes and the tattoo will heal in a lot less time with little to no scabbing just the peel then dryness but I use Aveeno with Oatmeal to keep it moist after the first 4 days.
