Hawaiian tattoo ideas please

I am trying to come up with ideas for my first tattoo. I want something that reminds me of the beach in maui. Something that incorporates the sun and the waves of the ocean, and done in a hawaiian style. Any ideas? thank you for your help!

the best thing for you to do is come to hawaii and get it done. be carefull what you put you might offend someone especially polynesians

you could try a hibiscus flower, palm trees w/water.... maybe a sunset reflecting off the ocean. if you live around the olympia area, try spidermonkey tattoo. they'll sit down with you for 1 hour and figure out what you want with you. they'll draw anything, and the $20 fee for the sit down goes towards your tattoo.
