Help Im lost!

I am like a bit scared because I got a cross on my right ankle, not big at all and that was in January. In march I went to talk to my tattoo artist and he said it was fine because I was experiencing itchiness and little bumps. Its been 10 mths and now I got like a pimple or somthing on it like a boil, is it ok i mean it burns a bit you know. like I imagine that if it was infected he would of told me a long time ago when I saw him! Please help, im scared, its just one bump. Is there a way where I can take care of it better, like applying some great type of lotion, or ointment but is has been 10 mths.so should I be concerned? I need someone who can help answer my question so I could be at ease. I can't go to the doctor because I aint got insurance now, so I want to avoid being charged for no answer.

to me it sounds like an infection sorry as a nurse i would say to go to your local ER and be seen there you dont have to pay on the spot and can make payments for your treatment later on,

dude calm down its probably a cloged pore or something.....have you been shinning up your tattoo with any lotion latley ....put some bacatracin on the boil or zit or whatever it is ...dont worry .
