Help me get over my fear of blood!

I want to become a tattooist, but I can't stand the sight of blood. How do I get around this?

i have a friend that has the same problem a dental asst. probley sees more blood than us he uses black gloves like us .. now he hasent quit yet !! and hasent said anything about it lately
