Help shut down BIG DOGZ INK. they're a joke.

ok for those who dont know there is a shop in MA called BIG DOGZ INK and i honestly dont know any other way to say this, THEY SUCK. theyre work is terrible. its not like they are new to the game and tell people they arent very good. they put on the suit that says "we are the best" and people get work from them that is worse that the worst scratch ive ever seen. theyre is a movement to get them shut down. (google it its out there somewhere) but yeah bigdogzink.com look at theyre work,, people should have to have these on their skin. so take a look at their site see the work they do and be the judge if these guys should be aloud to even hold a machine.

I can not believe the stuff that these people are getting away with this. dont people look at portfolios? good god, if someone put something like ANY of those people have put on customers, I would freak out. are they free-handing or using stencils? I've actually showed that stuff to other people and many of them think I'm joking and its a prank. Do they license in that state? Has anyone talked with customers to hear their reactions? why would you let them take a picture of that stuff? I'm just shocked at the whole thing. I myself have questioned if this was a prank.

Holy fkn shit,those poor clients,Thats beginner synthetic skin shit,it aint even quality enough for synthetic skin,my pigskin dont suffer that abuse,but the problem is there are sooooo many "studios" out there that produce this shit, Where the fuk did they get their licence, when they are being inspected for a licence to they just get rated on the hygene of their studio or do authorities actuall look at standards of art? in ireland where i live 90% of all studios do that standard of tattoos,its fukin discraceful,and the worst thing is there are no laws here concerning tattooing,its fukin stupid...no wonder i cant find an apprenticeship,and i aint settlin to be trained by the likes of "big dogz".so i think its time to emmigrate ha. I have just learned to totally understand why there is so much bashing in this industry,FKN SCRATCHERS :-P

These dudes are definitely awful. The thing is, there is no licensing requirements based on skill. A little cpr and first aid and poof, jack-offs have a shop. Its tragic but true. On the flipside of this coin, the clientele these guys cater to are looking for "a wicked good deal". They hunt price, not quality. You can only blame ignorance to what's good or bad work for so long. If anyone goes in there, looks at portfolios, and still decides to get work, they almost deserve a shit tattoo. There are plenty of decent shops out that way. Their options are, in no way, limited.

Handsome has hit the nail on the head. Every state in the nation has studio's that are inexperienced or not properly trained in the art of Tattooing. It is the job of the Experienced and well trained studio's to educated the public on quality and realize that not everyone WANTS to be educated, due to finances, impatience, or just plain bad taste in art!

No matter the source there work speaks for itself. Its terrible. You would think that no matter the place or the service the public wouldn't want to be scared like that. Not all there work is terrible but there is no means great pieces of work coming out of that shop.

We were looking at there pics today at work and the omg's were flyin. But just to much to balme is the client to. These guys suck but who the hell would let these guys touch them. I see it so much that people come in and dont even look at the portfolios of our work...its like they dont care. iI gotta stick it in thier face before theyll look at it. Im sorry but im not lettin anyone touch me with ink and a needle without lookin through thier work first. people need to do thier homework. But on the flip side shops like big dogz keeps the rest of us real artists busy having to fix thier screw ups! kinda sad but funny
