Ack. Not much positive I can say about those tattoos, or photos. What I want to see is your artwork, not tattoos. Basically, if your work on paper doesn't kick my ass, then the best advice I can give you is to get much much better at your art before hacking too many more people. So, lets see the best you have on paper...
here is a chinesse dragon i have done
You definately need to get rid of that Vtek and get back to artwork my friend! At this point you have absolutely NO business tattooing ANYONE , not even yourself. Do you own an autoclave? Most importantly don't let honest criticism deter you from your dreams , if you want to tattoo and have the desire and dedication that it takes you WILL make it. You have a LONG way to go stick with artwork for at least a year, get tattooed by the best you can afford, go to conventions WATCH the masters work!! Buy every book you can find on art and tattooing! Good luck
Yeah, you should stop tattooing and focus on becoming a bad ass artist. Take some classes, study the masters. Draw draw draw. Check out the art galleries to see what you should be capable of.
So I go in the studio and the crew is chatting with me about the days events, They start showing me copied photos of this guy wanting work been tattooing for 10 years out of his house. And my head artist who is what you call badass tells me he became angry telling the guy that a big part of our business is fixing crap like that. Knowing I didn’t approve of treating people this way , I raise an eyebrow. He continued on to explain that he was once an apprentice and he done things the right way & he had no patents for people like him. Seeing how the guy was screwing people up for 10 years out of his house and never improved, I had no rebuttal to my old apprentice. Gabes right you should stop working on people at least until you learn the basic’s of tattooing, Grant you don’t have to know how to read & compose music to play the guitar. But Damn…….
