i need help my mom said that i could get a tattoo over her dead body but i've thought bout it for over 3 yrs and i still want one, ive talked to ppl wit them and they've given me advice, i have a design already. i need somebody to do it for me but no one will cuz im 16. i want to get it done somewhere clean but only hackjob ppl will do it for a 16 yr old.can u help me i need ppl from ottawa to do it.

you should definitely wait,and go to a good artist..i know in jersey u have to be 18,but in connecticut,and pennsylvania,i think it's 16, with parents consent..your just gonna get a bad tattoo,and have a bad experience getting tattooed by a scratcher..check out www.fivecentstattoo.com www.entityart.com
