eat a lot of burritos, then bend over. happy scratching!
Was that really a serious question? please tell me your screwin with us!
Are you buying the right ink bullets?
kill yourself...
seriously. ive only messed with a homemade gun on leather, cause im not going to fuck up myself or someone else. and I know its like painting you have to reload after each strok come on now. if youre still boggled refer to previous comments, and try a diffrent art form.
Guns are for killing !!!!
this is a subject that will get you no answers so put the "GUN" down and go try learning by getting an apprenticeship if you are serious but if you want to keep scratching then don't expect your info to come from the folks here.
it makes my skin crawl everytime some one says tattoo gun..its a machine....guns kill machines build
I would'nt let anything someone puts on a public forum upset me so bad.
you guys need to quit crying about the gun vs machine issue. it's really getting tiresome.
im with you on this one Dez. Who cares gun or machine, i understand its a machine but guess what so is a gun. I try to always refer to it as a machine but sometimes I say gun. Im no artist so I guess my opinion doesn't count, but thats my take on it. And I also like to think people like to start these threads as a joke, at least thats what i hope. haha never can be too sure.
ohh imm sorry man i didnt know two people makin a post constituted crying....ill try to be more selective on this PUBLIC FORUM...with my thoughts.....would i be cool if i make a family guy reference next...peace
also if you used a hammer everyday as your main tool of trade...but your stupid girlfriend always called it the bangy thing...youd get tired of it turn thinking she sooo freakin stupid....well hey im just sayin...its called a tattoo machine....thats all there is to it
dez, I hear you crying more than anyone else... cept maybe the guy who's always complaining theres noone here...
don't make me e-smack you, gabe.
why dont you argue the whole gun vs machine thing to all the amazing artists in europe?......where the tool of trade is commonly called "gun"
wah wah, I still hear it...
gabe, i just threw a rock. it should hit you in around 20 minutes.
lol.
hey why not guide the guy towards the right answer even if is not what he wants to hear... just a thought
pour the ink down the top of the tube till its full.thats why ink bottles have those little pointy spouts.make shur you keep your finger over the bottom of the tube till your ready to drill em.rubber gloves are a must.good luck an keep on poundin!n remember...hamburgs the word....

As funny as that is, unfortunately somebody out there WILL take that seriously... and potentially give somebody a disease. Certain things, however funny, might be better left unsaid.
That was weird... No, I don't have multiple personalities... I typed the wrong name on the line on my post, sorry.
Kandyman Joe
Hey Joe...are ya makin sure that Nathan is filling his tubes from the top?....HEE HEE!!!
HAHA... I'm letting him take all the *magic* out of my Pulse "Tattoo guns" right now. That's o.k., I know how to re-charge the juju in 'em. :)
He's doing good, he's got lots of potential! We're glad he came up. And he doesn't get pissy when I tell him things he can improve on... BONUS!
I can't think of anywhere I would rather him be! And he is happy as flies on a hot corpse!...Talk soon my friend...T
Oh and Joe...don't forget the clipchord beatings!!!At least once a day!!!
ok you want to know the secret.... heres what you do. this tattoo gun of yours has a clip, i know you dont see it yet but keep looking it holds 16 rounds. all you have to do is pull the slide back and shoot yourself in the head.
your pal
Sailor
if you do realy tiny/small tattoos the ink should last
I kinda see this as natures way of showing the artist the right path...
i know i wouldnt get nothing with u if i see u having trouble just by loading ink.
I found a bargain apprenticship for you to learn how to load ur guns. Only $6800!!

Yes there are many techniques, from putting the whole bottle of ink down the tip or for people on the other side of the fence they prefer to go around back to the stem.As for our shop we just take a brush and apply the ink to the skin then go over it with a needle coated in vasoline. We put the vasoline on so it goes into the skin with more ease.
Hope this helped.
the same unfunny tired smack talk from you assholes. no wonder peeps run screaming from his board.
Hey, I just hope that 7 grand includes frequent clip cord beatings.
I can think of a few humerous designs based on that alone... Inspiration can even be gleaned from the occasional smack talk...
the 7 grand does not even include framing.
We will have an artists only forum up in the near future. The fact is no one around here is trying to stop people from learning, but learning from a public forum with no quality control is not a good idea to advance tattooing. We're not worried about artists hustling, we're worried about 10 year old kids getting conflicting info from sources we cant control.
Its not about competition.
Its not about keeping secrets.
Its about being responsible.
Most professional tattoo artists I know love bringing in other artists, because they find the best artists they can find. I wonder how dentist and surgeon forums handle open talking about the technical aspects of their trade...?
in any event, bear with us and we will be setting up this place all organized for everyone.
Sweetass!
You da man, Gabe. It might be a sore subject... but...
I haven't joined the other forum (loyal to tattoonow cuz I've been reading this site since it started)...
But I do kinda like the way the main subjects are laid out on it... all mudslinging aside, have any thoughts on a new structure here?
Yeah, we will have super-forums. Please, click here to tell us all your suggestions about how to make this place perfect!
