you wont get a "detailed" fairy that's 4 inches tall, any artist who says they can pull that off is just looking for cash, not artistic relevance, which is the last thung you want. if you plan to go small, think SIMPLE, it will make for a much prettier tattoo......as far as cash goes, first you ned to go to some tattoo studios and look at some portfolios, once you have selected an artist, they will then draw you a design and give you a price, without taking these steps first, giving you even a ballpark figure would be pointless.....where do you live?
