I am in need of info on a good tattoo artist for a custom tattoo.

I live in lower Alabama and there is not a single tattoo parlor around me. The closest parlor is in Panama City, FL. I need to find someone that will sketch my idea for my first tattoo. If you can help or know someone else that can, please respond a.s.a.p.
