i don't know what to do

I got a tatto when i was 14 and it was done with indian ink and a needle which was ver y stupid but i did it. Now im 18 and i wan't it gone or atleast covered up. The tattoo hasn't gotten any lighter and its on my stomach. I would like to get another tatoo professionally done this time so im really anxiouse to get rid of this one. someone told me that theres some kind of ink or some thing that can be put over it like a tattoo but its the color of your skin. I would just get it removed but im not rich so im trying to figure something out. Please help?!?!?!?!?!?

You should be able to find a good coverup artist in your area. Where abouts do you live?
