His skills to translate lights and shadow in to ink mixtures alone is amazing. His tattooing skills: outstanding. Sometimes you see artists that are amazing at drawing or grey work, but when the piece is full color some pieces can look really weird if the artist is not proficient with color work. I'll get there one day. I am not quitting.

i love this tattoo! Mike is ridiculously talented and a great guy but when i look at how Mikes work has evolved since he moved from Encino to Art Junkies i am reminded why gabe choose the other mike d, Mr Demasi to tattoo a portrait of our daughter. This tattoo reflects that move and the insane work that comes from having a group of hugely talented and supportive artists working together. All that and I'm a Yankees fan :-)

How much you think was dished out for that? I'm just throwing it out there...see what you guys think. I'd expect to pay a nice fee for something that amazing.
