I just sat in a sauna with a fresh tat

Damn it.I just cooked myself in a sauna for about 30 min.I didn't check to see if it was ok first.I should of known better.I lotioned up before going in and did the same immediately after I got out.How bad is this going to fade my tat?It is just a week old.It has been healing very well, but obviously isn't fully healed.Fill me in on what I need to do to hopefully help this problem I have created.help please

If the work is a week old then its probably sealed and well on its way to being healed...shouldn't be much of a problem but I don't think I'd make a habit of it!
