Very sorry about your gramps ...sounds like a great guy. I was very close to my grandfather too,he left us over 15 years ago and I still remember him every day. About your tattoo...I sincerely hope you wait til you are at least 18...Don't you think he would want you to wait? I will make you a deal....if you wait til you are 18 I will personally design your tattoo and no matter where you live I will see to it that you get it done by either myself or someone in the art that will do a bang up job for you.I PROMISE! You have my word and I will put that on paper if that will convince you to wait.Do not hesitate to e-mail me if there is any way I can help...Taz
P.S. I am 100% serious!..T
Sorry to hear the bad news man. I'm pretty close to my pops and i cant imagine what it would be like to lose 'em.
You're 15 so you've got plenty of time to think about a good design to remember him by. First off, you're still growing. You would want to get something that would fit you properly instead of something that you hope stretches evenly. Second, if you check out most of the previous posts on this board regarding age and tattoos, you'll see that most of us regret the tattoos we had done before we were 18 for one reason or another.
I know you wouldnt want some no talent hack trying to do a tribute tattoo on you that you might have to fix in a few years. You've got a great deal of time to seek out a good artist who can come up with a great design for you that'll help your grandfathers memory live on.
Hope this helps a little
Keep your head up bro
