I need some advice

Okay, so I got a tatto a week ago today. The tattoo is on my left forearm and it is a cover up. Everything seemed normal while I was being tattooed and I have a high tolerance for pain so I couldn't tell that the artist was digging the sh*t out of my skin. I have had previous tattoos and no sign of infection anywhere. My tattoo was started at 5pm and wasnt finished till 9. I went home and when I woke up the next morning my arm was swollen, red and everywhere there was green ink was raised up like crazy. I left it go, kept cleaning it and stopped applying ointment so the moisture wouldn't cause an infection. The next day I woke up sick as a dog and remained sick with a high fever for 4 days. My tattoo was leaking florescent green pus and I was terribly exhausted. I realized I had quite an infection and decided to clean the area using alcohol and a papertowel, by this time the ink was the last thing on my mind. So i realize there are these little dots starting to appear all around my tatto, they are the size of a pin head and they have white heads on them, this morning when i woke up my arm was covered and all the green areas of my tattoo are horribly infected, it looks like little ulcers all over the place. I know this is def. abnormal and everytime I call or visit the shop they are not open for some reason. Any suggestions as I HATE hospitals and

i had a friend die from that in high school. she was in soccer and her shin guard cut her and somehow she contracted MIRSA and within a couple weeks she was gone. 16 fucking years old. go to the damn hospital, that shits no joke
