I need the best portrait artist in AZ

Can anybody help me here? Im looking for an artist who is well known in the Arizona area, particularly the Phoenix area, that specializes or is just awesome with portrait tattoos. Does anybody know any names of someone. Who is known as the best around? Or who is a great tattoo artist around the area? thanks for any help. Im looking to get a portrait tattoo of my mother who passed away around 6 months ago so this is very important to me. I want to get it done by a great artist. who is better? Ive heard great things about Paulo. Who would you get a portrait from out of those two?

Both are great artists. At their level its not a matter of better, its a matter of flavor. Paolo and I are going to talk on the phone one of these days and we will get Divinity Tattoo on this site, so if you talk to him let him know we say hello. Your best bet will be to visit both studios and chat em both up to see who you click with better.
