I want to design a tatto but not a good artist What do I do

Does any one know of a good artist for tattoos. I want to get a tattoo but I can't find anything I like. I already have an idea of what to get but I am no artist believe me! ;o) I live in CT. SOME ONE HELP ME! ;o)

I want a tattoo of a phoenix . It's a mythylogical bird that's red and gold. There's only one at one time and it's 'born' out of fire.
