Ice or Water Woman design

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or designs for and Ice or Water woman design. I have the Human torch and he is staring down with a hand reaching towards the ground. I am thinking of a design of an ice or water woman to be reaching up towards him but I can't find anything to base it off of any ideas or places I could find an image of something like this? A good custom tattoo artist will be able to draw the design you need with a little reference and your ideas. Where abouts do you live?

I'm in MA but I usually go to RI to get my work done.

Off the top of my head I would look up Cory Kruger and Tony Ciavarro in eastern mass, check out the Boston Tattoo Convention website for lots of portfolios. We're opening a studio with a lot of amazing guest artists in Easthampton, MA, Off the Map Tattoo. I would shop by artist, the right custom tattoo artist will be able to get effects and make an amazing ice/water woman tattoo. you really need to make sure you have a talented custom artist to pull off this tattoo, though.

Thanks for the links. I looked up some of Cory Kruger's work and it looks pretty amazing. I am going to check on a few different artist on that site before deciding maybe a few out of states since I don't mind traveling to get ink done. Thanks Again Cambece
