im confused!!!

im 16 yrs old and i want to get a tattoo.....but dont know if i should get it or not can someone tell me if i will regret having it later or no........im just soo confused plz help me out

Wait until you are 18. Spend the next two years researching the best tattoo artist you can find, and save yer pennies, cause good tattoos costs $$$. Where do you live?
