Im sixteen I have a Tattoo

Im sixteen and I have lateralus written on my right upper arm I want to continue that vibe (considering lateralus meens downward spiral in latin) 1)what is upward spiral in latin 2)I NEED somecool designs that would go with downward spiral

I believe the Latin word for upward is verso l'alto As far as a design you might look at some sort of negative relief style giving it a 3 dimensional look. But that is just a suggestion.

Hey Taz If you come back on id like your info on my idea. On the arm I have lateralus tattooed on i want to put everything that has made a negative milestone in my life ive been through some rough shit and i belive a tat is a way to express it. On my other arm i want to put everything possitive that has happened to me. I really want your info on this is this a good idea??? Or am i just a sixteen year old amature with a dream???
