Infected Tattoo or rejecting ink

I just got my second tattoo of a fairy on a mushroom in the middle of my back, lower down, end of mushroom stem at the tail bone. When i got the tattoo everything was fine, yes it hurt but not really.. Finally he was almost done he just needed to put in the teal on the mushroom then he was done. Once he started it started to burn and really hurt. I thought it was because I was tender from the rest of the tattoo that he had finished. When he was done my tattoo looked great, but i was in a lot of pain. He then wiped it with something that made it burn like crazy and put A&D, then rapped it with plastic and told me to take it off and wash it after 4 to 6 hours.. I did... It was tender to the touch and stung when I took a shower. I then put the A&D on it and went to bed. I woke up stiff as a board and washed it, put A&D rapped it and went to work. By the time i got to work I could barely more. It felt like I was going to crack or split open. It was so bad that I had to wait to get home because the saran wrap I put on was stuck to it. So when I got home I took a shower (still stings) and put more A&D on it. I went out and bought even more A&D. It has been over a week now and it blisters there is a silky, sticky ooes when I wash. and now it looks like my skin is coming off (Not peeling) but chunks of it. The teal is almost gone. I went to the tattoo place and they said that I was having a allergic reaction to the brand and that they will touch it up. Is there anything I can do to stop the swelling, redness, skin removal, burning, and painfully cracking. Or do I need to go to the doctors? Can u also please CONFIRM that all I am having is an allergic reaction to the brand. My first one was easy all there was was peeling a little and that was it. Lasted maybe a week at most.
Honestly...you should see an md for a proper diagnosis-you could very well be allergic to the ink, but without a proper medical evaluation it is all guess work. It shouldnt hurt as much as you say it does...best of luck!
