infected tattoo?

i got my name tattoo on my back neck. this was about a week and four days ago... i started getting a very itchy some kind of redish blisters... some have dried off but i got them around my tattoo. im wondering if its some kind of allergic reaction? and how can i heal it. im very worried that more will keep coming out. please help me out. **
