Infection

How long does it usually take before you notice an infection? My tattoo is a week and a half old and there are 3 or 4 tiny, puss filled bumps that have shown up in it, and I don't know whether I should be worried or not. Thanks, Jon

Take the tattoo to the tattoo artist who did it. If you dont trust them (though, you should if you got tattooed by them) then go to the most reputable studio you can find. Where in texas are you?

I'm in the Houston area, I got it done at Bad Boyz in Clear Lake by the Johnson Space Center.

sounds like some pimples from too much lotion or ointment. a lot of people break out from a&d ointment and different brands of hand lotion. dont pick or pop them and like gabe said go see your artist. without seeing what is going on its hard to say exactly what the problem is. doesnt sound major though.
