I just got my first tattoo and ive been taking good care of it considering its really small. I just started to get a little redness at the top of my cross and a tiny little bump should i go to the doctor or what should i be putting on it?

What are you putting on it? I would assume that you are using a non purfume based lotion, such as baby lotion. Try not to over moisturize, because this can cause bumps. Apply some bacitracin, only a thin coat. :)
