ink bleeding

I got a tattoo on December 1st on my upper arm..a dark blue anchor..well I got bruised and what I thought was bruising is still not gone..it's like right next to the tattoo a blueish hue like the blue ink bled over...is that possible??

If we could see it we could give ya a much more informed answer but it sounds as if you have a run under whereas the artist angled the needles under the outline ...kinda like coloring outside the lines...a sure sign of an inexperienced tattoo artist...TAz

I went to a good artist here in Philadelphia...it just is kind of a transparent blue hue (very light) I'm not sure if the camera would even pick it up..I am not sure how to paste pics..but it is only on one side of the tattoo on the inner portion of the arm
