is it infected????

i think my tattoo may be infected, i had a tattoo on my foot a wk ago, it has 4 stars on it, 2 of the stars are healing fine but the 2 stars nearer my toes arent, one of them thats mint green is peeling alot and weeping clear fluid and bleeding slightly leavin a open wound type of thing, they both (the other is orange coloured) are red around the outline and slightly sore im using bepanthen but have been advisded by the local pharmasist to put germolene on it any advice would be appreciated thanx sas x

keep it clean and medicated but do not oversatureate with meds get what pharmacist said use it.feet will take a while to heal and there a royal pain in the ass! doesnt sound infected but im not a M.D. either and no visual of the area makes it pretty random.

iv spoke to the tattooist and she recomended to keep the cream off so who do i listen too??

you have spoke to the artist.you have asked on a public forum recived 1 reply. well ya can certainly let it dry heal ( i highly do not recomend that) as far as who you listen too? thats up to you.
