is my tattoo infected or does it look okay?

Well before I start Im going to say.. yes, I know Im very stupid for doing this and I dont want an answer on how stupid I am, just some advice about the tattoo.. I was pretty drunk at a house with some friends.. one of them had a tattoo gun and my friend tattooed a love small heart on my neck. The needle was clean and I put Vaseline and cling film on the tattoo for about 10 minutes after it was done. What can I put on it? and how to take care of it.. Please give me some useful advice, its my first tattoo and Im freaking out.. Thanks in advance :) x

Tattoo looks fine for a home job amature.wash tattoo cpl times a day apply a very small amount of NON SCENTED lotion to it cpl times a day.do this for a week.tattoo should flake and peel if it scabs do not pick at it and let scab fall off normal. no infection i could see.next time go to a pro shop.best of luck
