Itchy and burning

Hey everyone! I got my tattoo on Saturday and it is now Monday and I have been cleaning it everday with Dial (and now I am reading dial is awful for a tattoo) and applying Aveeno baby lotion it's fragrance free and moisturizes for 24 hrs. I do this twice a day and my tattoo is extremely itchy and I will get sudden sharp, burning pains. It is a large tattoo on my upper back and it is my first tattoo in an area that is not as accesible (my other two are on my wrists). I am afraid something is wrong, it doesn't look red but it's scabbing up pretty thick. Also, is softsoap ok to clean it with? Thanks in advance for the feedback!

And whatever you do DONT scratch!!!! Just slap it. :)

And don't peel it. I lost some color on my first tat that way. Had to get it retouched...
