One of the cover-up kings! And indeed, why is he sitting in the corner! If artists like that would be in my hometown... MAAAAN!! You people, you are so lucky to have that kinda talent in your towns. I cant fathom why people still go to scratchers. For me it is. Really good=or no tattoos. So its irritating if you dont use the services of the likes of James! :D
