I've been wanting to start a Japanese style backpiece and considering the size and investment, I want to make sure I get a great artist that I can trust to make it specia. I like traditional Japanese with a touch of new. Strong use of greys and blacks, bright pops of color, and a good eye for placement and layout.
I'm in New Orleans and I've been looking at Donn Davis, David Noellert, and Mike V but none of them are really grabbing me. I'm open to driving to any nearby states if anyone can give me some suggestions.
So please throw some artist names my way! Thanks!

Thanks so much! I had forgotten about Jeremy Justice. I'd heard he moved but I'm thrilled to hear he still visits the city.
