Jaw Droppin Apprenticeship~~

Sorry guys and gals, another wannabe aprenticeship thread here. Anyways I'll get to the point. I need to get an apprenticeship, I tried the kitchen magician thing for a while and my work was ok but it makes me feel dirty knowing that it's not done right. i autoclave and use all disposables and have never had any problems with infection or anything along those lines. I feel like i'm being disrespectful of the industry and myself as well, i wanna do this the right way. Question: What would a possible apprentice have to bring to the table? what would make you say wow, holy shit, WTF, this dude must be on fuckin drugs to go this far to impress me, he really wants it!
