Okay I got a tattoo Monday, and last night Tuesday night my arm stared aching and hasnt stopped since. I got it on my left sholder blade and not my arm hurts to move it! I have 3 other tats and havent ever had any problems, just wondering if any one has any suggestions?

Sounds to me like you just have a sore muscle..but did you see if it is infected? It may be more painful due to the location ...I would call your artist and ask for advice on how to go about it. Advil does help with swelling too- so you can try that as well.
