Just a note about tattoo removal there is no easy way to remove a tattoo it takes time. Tattooing is layering pigment into the skin removal is delayering pigment out of the skin. Removal must be done just right so that no scaring happens or whats the point you have to make a choice scar no scar. I'v been lasering a long time and been around alot of lasers. When you come into my shop you see me every time I'll know your tattoo and whats the best treatment for your skin we will talk and workout a game plan to make sure NO scaring and try to treat with as few treatments as we can for removal or editing but it does take time. Last little note as for how much it cost I make it affordable it will depend on the size of your tattoo I'm not out to rip anyone off. I just laserd a half sleeve for $250 thats cheap.

Just a couple of quick questions...Where were you trained?...How long have you been removing tattoos? Now I have had many customers have laser removal done usually to lighten an existing tattoo to facilitate covering the old bad work up...I am familiar with the process AND the range of "normal" pricing...you say you just lasered a sleeve for $250?....Come on now!....In any laser tattoo removal office that knew what they were doing that would have cost THOUSANDS not hundreds and taken a LOT of time and MANY sessions....I am also somewhat familiar with the overhead expense of utilizing lasers to remove tattoos and I am quite sure that if you DID do a sleeve for $250 you were not only NOT making money, you were LOSING money!...Maybe you can correct me...whats your secret?...We both know it is impossible to do what you said you did at the price you say you did it for....Maybe I'm a bit skeptical but I'd much rather be skeptical than stupid
Got some before/after pics?...TAz, Painted Angel
Im getting a tattoo removed by Jack at Re-Think Yer Ink. healing off great. wholeheartedly recommend. Blast that old shit outta there! Do your homework if yer gonna get lasering. Ok, gotta sleep, too much work and drink.
So Gabe is this the same person as who posted above?...Does $250 sound right for a half sleeve?
If these prices are accurate and the work is good....I know I am gonna set up an appointment!!!
Im going to Jack at Rethink your ink in southern IL. I would highly recommend him.
and Im 99% sure that was jack posting. Hey man!
Well if so and it IS your laser guy, he is doin removals at a price that I have never seen before....I hope its true...bringing prices down on laser proceedures would mean so much to the "colored people"who really need it.
I must say I am still skeptical and would like to see some pics.
A girl came to the shop the other day had been to a reputable laser removal clinic in Kansas City...she was getting a small (1/2"x3") name removed...2 sessions in all at a cost of $480 per session.
These are the prices normally (I hate that word) associated with laser removal...Are the prices really coming down to affordable levels?...TAz
Shes getting ripped. Most laser guys are dermatologists that dont understand or get or care about tattooing. Jack lasered the outside of my calf in about 20 minutes and charges accordingly. He doest waste any time or over-inflate his prices at all. Put on the goggles and blast the shit outta that old crap!
OK Gabe so we know now that this is a reputable guy....if we can't trust you then who...right?...my question is...how much?...And I don't consider that question out of line since HE brought up the money aspect....I think its a valid question...TAz
Man I still live paycheck to paycheck and cover rent last minute. For now TattooNOW and Off the Map suck every penny I can borrow but Im sure that will change someday. So for the foreseeable future I'm trading out for my tattoos and lasering.
I have absolutely no reason to doubt Jacks prices, contact him directly to grill him if you want. He's been nothing but honest and direct with me. Check out the article in the new Tattoo magazine for more info about Jack and Guy's lasering adventures.
Well THAT is the best news I have had for a while...they are close enough that I can recommend my clients go to them..Thanks so much for the honest info!...I am AMAZED at the low prices!...T
