I am going to start this like i am attending an AA metting. my name is project inc and i am a scratcher. But on the other hand i want to take my self to the next level but i cant fiend some one to apperantice under. wat can i do to get better

Dude, best thing for you to do..... practice more of your art work. Make it the type of work you could see yourself tattooing.... and buy heaps of practice skin... Its pretty cheap and youve got the bonus of not infecting your mates with bad sterilization methods and you get to learn some hands on tattooing skills with shading blending etc.... Most tattoo shops wont even look at you without a GREAT FUCKING AWESOME portfolio with new-look out of this world art work and a head thats screwed on right..... An art course here and there will always help, and even a course on health and safety and correct sterilization methods..... I used to be a scratcher myself, everyone on this site was at some time in there life.... I now own my own shop and making some good $$$$. give that a go, its not much much its a start....
