Life/death design

Im looking for a design I seen about 15 yrs ago, it was on a religious pamphlet, the design was done in a kind of tribalistic writing that read "Life" but when turned upside-down (rotated 180 deg) it read "Death" I hung on to the desing for years but somehow Ive lost it, I have tried to re-create it but ive had no luck, I guess its been too long since ive seen it to remember how everything was positioned. has anyone seen this? or have it?

I have seen it a few time. I know a bunch of rappers have it. Method Man comes to mind.

those things are called amagrams or ambagrams (sp?) theres a rough one (life/death) done by george bone or dennis cockel in the yellow or red tattootime. as you can tell im to lazy to go to the bookshelf 15 feet away and look ..lol.. im sure you remember the tattootimes mortis they were like bibles to those of us working in the late 80's and early 90's... also on e-bay theres some guy that sells books underthe flash section with tons of those he has words /names etc. once you find him on e-bay you can hit his website.

I attempted drawing it and have it on my site. Life came out okay, could be better, but Death came out bad... anywho, it's called an Ambigram Tattoo, and you find tons of them at http://www.wowtattoo.com i think you got to pay for it from them, i don't know if you can steal the design off their page, but if you can... steal it, and bring it into Microsoft Paint... then print it, then flip it upside down in MS Paint, and print that or else flip upside down the first thing you print... that way you cna redraw it or have the artist blow it up and him/her redraw it... that's if you don't want to pay for it...

Man, the Life Death ambigram tattoo has already been done to... (ready for it?) death. Just say no.

If you get stuck on the copy/paste thing, just press "printscreen" on your keyboard when the image is on display...... then open a mspaint type program and paste the screen image..... then cut out your image, and paste it on a new mspaint...... and strech it out bigger...... EASY!!! Works on all sites except tattoojohnny, he has the funny lines across his, SMART GUY lol
