light color tattoos

Hey so this may be a stupid questin but I was wondering if they had cream colored tattoos? I like the white tattoo look but I am not pale in fact I have olive skin which means I stay tan or yellowish all year long. I thought a creamy color would look better and hold better to my skin but I don't even know if its possible. Please help if you can.

I believe the darker the skin the more discolored the white ink becomes anyway...a white tattoo may "age" to cream or some other varient anyway...Anyone who knows more on this please correct me...
