Local artists

I'm looking at getting a new tattoo, and although I'm quite fond of the work I've had done to this date, I want to take the plunge and go for some sleeve work. The problem is that despite my searching, I haven't been able to find the artists locally who can make the quality of tattoo I'm looking for. To give you guys an idea of where I'm coming from, I'm hugely fond of Nick Baxter's work but he is very far from Texas. If and of you could help me find an artist within the Austin (or Texas as a whole, I'm willing to travel a little) area who can make a design with the artistic merit and fine art qualities of Nick Baxter's work (if such an artist exists) I would be very appreciative. Thanks!

To further clarify, I was a little clumsy in my wording. I didn't mean to imply in the least that local artists weren't good, and perhaps "quality" wasn't the best word to use. Quite the contrary, there are some very talented and well respected artists here in Austin and I realize that, but none of the top notch artists I've researched work in the style that I would like. I hope I didn't offend anyone.
