Looking for a shop in the Bay Area, CA

I'm trying to find a shop that can do cartoonish style tattoos like Josh Woods or Gunnar. I've been to a few shops (Idle Hand, Mom's) and nobody seems to be able to do it. Anyone know any artists? Thanks.
