Looking for a tattoo artist named "Rick", has tiger stripes tattooed over his torso

I'm looking for an artist that used to operate in Memphis tennessee at a place called Memphis Tattoo East. I remember him looking like he was of Asian-pacific origins and he had tiger stripes tattooed on his arms and torso w/ a asian symbol for Tiger Master I think on his chest. His name was Rick but I am unable to remember his last name. I've heard that he has been in a lot of tattoo magazines and I was looking for info as to where he might be operating now. If anyone has any info on this amazing artist please let me know. Thnx
