Looking for a tattooist..

I'm looking for a reputable, knowlegdeable tattooist who has done white ink only tattoos. I'm in NJ but I'd go to a nearby place.. CT, PA, NY.. I'm open to ideas as far as to locations/states to travel to but I don't want some fly-by-night tattooist.. any advice out there for me would be most sincerely appreciated..

I've noticed that Lou Jacque from Transcend tattoo in Brandford CT (www.loujacque.com) and Eric Merril from Hope Gallery in New Haven CT (www.hopegallerytattoo.com) seem to slam that white ink in pretty nice. Check out their work and try contacting them for a consultation. I've never noticed any absolute solid white, as some artists won't do that for various reasons, but I've seen some of their pieces with colored or gray shading around the white and POW! It just jumped out at you!
