I NEED to fine someone, anyone that would do me a hugh favor. I have a concept for my own tattoo, but i cannot draw in the slightest bit. I would like for someone out there to draw this for me for free or extreamly cheap. It is an Eagle, Globe and Anchor... but i would like to have the globe replace with a Punisher skull. I would like to have the land masses in the globe still present on the skull, and for the botom part of the anchor to overlap the teeth of the skull. PLEASE HELP!

What? If you want a great tattoo drawn custom for you, save your money and have a good artist draw and tattoo the design. Tattoo Artists and Dentists should be chosen for thier QUALITY not cheapness. To quote the old maxim, Good tattoos arnt cheap and cheap tattoos arnt good. My advice, start saving your pennies cause you get what you pay for. Tattoos arnt meant for people who want things easy and free.
