Looking for Artist for Asian Art- LA Valley Area

Hello. I'm looking for an artist speciallizing in custom asian themed art. I have a design in mind, but need someone to draw it up and ink it. It'll be a mix of kanji, dragon or other asian style surrounding, with a subtle touch of the Grateful Dead. I'm looking for specific artist recommendation, not just a studio, if possible. Thank you.
