Looking for input on my artwork

I am currently in the process of finding an apprenticeship, and have been taking my portfolio along to get some input from other artists. I just now finished putting up my first "online portfolio" of sorts, a website with much of my artwork from the past couple of years. I am hoping that some of the talented artists here will take a look at it and give me some much needed feedback. What do you think about my artwork in general, is the site easy to maneuver around in, etc. etc. Also, I'd like to know what areas I need to work on to get started in tattoo art and where I can improve. I realize I have no flash posted as of yet, but I am working on it. I appreciate your time and suggestions!! And just so you know, I like to think I have pretty thick skin, so please be honest.
