Here's another question from the peanut gallery =)
A friend of mine got a tattoo on the back of his right shoulder, about a year ago. And since then he's lost about 100 lbs or so, a totally new guy. And suprisingly, his tattoo looked fine. I had always thought that doin that kinda thing would warp it or mess it up. So I've been lookin around trying to find out if it is normall ok, or normally messed up, 50/50, person to person. depends on placement... just wanna get the up and up.
I've got a few lbs to lose, and I just wanna make sure I dont want to get a cross that is gonna look like a lopsided swastika in a few years and 50lbs down. =)
Thanks for your help guys.

Placement has a lot to do with it, the back of the shoulder isn't as much of a fat storage zone as say, the belly. Areas like that are also likely to hold much better and resist sagging in later years (back of the shoulder, upper and outer arms, forearms, calves, ankles, etc)
