Well I just got a tattoo 4 days ago, and I went to CVS and bought A&D lotion but it has fragrance in it. Should I stop using it and get unscented lotion? Or will this be fine?

do not use any lotion that has a fragrance to it. you can irritate the area. Now I am sure that many would not agree with me, however I nor any of my clients have had a problem with using only cocoa butter unless you are allergic to it.
if the lotion is not causing any issues then keep using it. although i highly recomend a NON SCENTED lotion.the scents can cause issues.
try olive oil. works like magic!
my tattoo artist does not recommend any kind of ointment like a&d, etc. because it acts like a neosporin which is not good for your tattoo
