Lumpy Itchy tattoo

Hey all, I had a tattoo on my lower back done 7 years ago. I was at a convention in june of this year when i had an artist touch it up with intenze inks.....(not saying anything bad about intenze)... However. Over the last few days lumps have formed on my tattoo and on the tattoo alone,no other area around the tattoo is affected but the lumps are all over the tattoo closely clumped together and resemble a heat rash. its also extremely itchy its driving me insane and gets worse in heat and some of them have a clear water like substance come from them but not always.kinda like water bubbles associated in a heat rash.I dont think its infected as it aint sore or red nor is it oozing puss or anything haha YUK!!! it has never happened before with any of my other tattoos so im on this seeking a pro oppinion but then again ive neva worn intenze ink before...could i be allergic to the ink? the tat was fine when it was first done,healed well,was a little extra sore than my other tats i will admit tho.....WTF is goin on?.... NO SMARTASSES....Especially noz...

Does sound like a reaction to the ink mate.

i have the exact same rash on my tattoo. i havnt had any recent touch ups or anything tho. the rash just showed up on the tattoo alone. it itches like crazy and it keeps spreading. it has a water like ooze out of the bumps when i itch them. someone please help.
