Can anybody tell me where I can get a Memorial tattoo for my son? He will be 18 in sept. My husband died and he wants to get a tattoo in his honor. I want to find someone who is excellent in the field and known for their work.I really haven't heard of anyone in my area .I am willing to travel a bit. Can anyone recommend someone?
