My New tattoo

This past saturday i got a tattoo on the side of my right leg right above my ankle, it is there is green red and black ink in it and everytime i apply a&d ointment it starts to burn and the ink starts running, now my skin all around the tattoo is black and red like it is bruised and my ankle swelled up could this be an allergic reaction to the a&d ointment or something more severe in which i should contact my doctor.

Maybe you should go back to the shop and have your artist look at it? You did get it in a shop, right?
