my new tattoo

alright so i just got my fourth tattoo yesterday and im very happy with it and everything, cept somethin happend that never happend with my other tattoos....its right below my neck and i noticed this morning that there is tiny red dots around the lettering and i was wondering if that is normal...or what cuz it never happend before! thanks

Sounds like a rash (probably has gone away by now). This isnt something we can answer, though, go to the tattoo artist that did it and ask them whats up.
